Refund policy

We have a 15 day returns policy, meaning you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. the cost of return is borne by the customer To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, in the original box, unpersonalized and unmodified with prescription lenses being handcrafted and custom-made products. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return you can contact us at info@enzosorrento.com. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Damage and problems Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and resolve it.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
